There are no commitment requirements. The monthly fee is for access to our WYSIWYG editor, tools, support, and monthly updates. If you choose to transfer out some editor specific features may not work.
It’s simple. The content for your site comes from you. We will design your site with new content you provide or use existing content you may have from a previous site. If you would like to add or make changes to the site after it is launched we make it easy to do so through our CMS (Content Management System). Depending on the package you choose, we also include 1-2 hours per month of edits, additions, and changes you would like to make. After that, we offer our services at $150 per hour. However, you can learn and make all the edits yourself.
The short answer, yes. But it is not recommended. Through our website builder you always have the ability to add or remove pages. However, we will only provide you the pages your package includes and it’s up to you to create the rest.
How many pages are included depends on the package you choose. Each of our packages includes a set amount of pages provided by us. You always the option to go in and add more pages or ask us to do it for you.
It is actually preferred and recommended to use an already existing domain if you have one. You must provide us your login information so that we are able to move your site onto our hosting.
Unfortunately, our small business websites do not come with email services.
The answer is yes and no. You have the option to allow your new website to replace the old one or to keep and use both the old one and the new one together. However, it is risky as Google will likely ignore and duplicate content on the new site which will highly affect any SEO efforts.

We have a really great team of developers and it takes them about two weeks to get your website up and ready for launch! If it takes you a while to get your content to us, it might be a bit longer. However, we can always launch your site with the content you are able to provide and add more later through our monthly updates.
You will obtain ownership of the site once the term agreement is fulfilled.
